MINDY WEBB
FOUNDER | CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Known for her distinctive approach to luxury interiors, Mindy Webb has built a recognizable aesthetic rooted in monochromatic palettes, richly layered textures, contemporary art, and the timeless influence of classical European design. Born and raised in a world surrounded by art and music, creativity and self-expression have always been part of her visual language. That influence, paired with a discerning eye and an instinct for the unexpected, has shaped the edgy, rocker-chic sophistication for which her work has become known. Her interiors balance restraint with drama, resulting in spaces that feel confident, collected, and entirely her own.
A graduate of Davis College in Toledo, Ohio, with a degree in Interior Design, Mindy launched her career in hospitality design, taking on significant projects immediately following graduation. Her early portfolio included the transformation of The Beach Club on Siesta Key and Tropical Breeze Resort on Siesta Key, followed by commercial projects ranging from bars and restaurants to salons and executive offices. These formative years established an experience-driven approach to design that continues to influence her work today.
Mindy’s creative perspective was further shaped by an extensive background in the textile industry, with professional experience spanning New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Immersed in textiles, pattern, and materiality, she developed an exceptional understanding of scale, composition, and detail—elements that remain integral to her work.
With more than 22 years in the design industry, Mindy has built an impressive portfolio of luxury residences across Miami, Chicago, Sarasota, and the Tampa Bay area. Her work has garnered recognition in numerous design and lifestyle publications and has been featured on Living in Florida, establishing her as a distinctive presence in luxury residential design.
Today, Mindy Webb Design is defined by a fearless yet refined approach to creating highly personal interiors. Mindy takes her cues from the architecture of each space, thoughtfully bringing together art, furnishings, materials, and unexpected details in a way that feels effortless rather than prescribed. Her ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining a sense of restraint has become a defining element of her work.
VIRGINIA MELORO
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Virginia Meloro brings more than 20 years of leadership, management, and operational experience to Mindy Webb Design. With a refined eye for style and exceptional attention to detail, she combines strong business expertise with a creative sensibility.
Virginia began her career in New York City’s fashion industry, gaining experience in management, manufacturing, operations, and project coordination. She later owned and operated her own fashion representation company for more than two decades before expanding her expertise into project management within the interior design and real estate industries.
As Chief Operating Officer, Virginia oversees project coordination, team organization, and the day-to-day operations of Mindy Webb Design. Highly organized and committed, she plays an integral role in supporting the firm and its continued growth.
MOMEN FATTOUM
SENIOR DESIGNER
Momen brings more than a decade of international interior design experience to Mindy Webb Design, with an extensive background in luxury residential and hospitality projects. His work is distinguished by a refined balance of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of how thoughtful design enhances everyday living.
Prior to joining Mindy Webb Design, Momen spent five years with Restoration Hardware, where he rose to become the company's number two designer globally—an achievement that reflects both his exceptional talent and commitment to excellence.
Drawing from a diverse international portfolio, Momen approaches each project with a sophisticated perspective, creating highly personalized interiors that blend timeless elegance with innovative design solutions.
MAKENA HUBBS
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Makena earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the University of Central Missouri and brings nearly three years of experience in the Sarasota design industry to Mindy Webb Design. With a strong foundation in luxury residential design, her expertise spans furnishings, finish selections, lighting, space planning, procurement, and project coordination.
An integral part of each project, Makena works closely with clients throughout the design process, helping translate their vision into thoughtfully curated and highly functional interiors. She oversees the firm’s furniture procurement and ordering process, coordinating with clients, vendors, and the design team to manage selections, timelines, and the many details required to move a project seamlessly from concept through installation.
Known for her organization, attention to detail, and strong client relationships, Makena brings both creativity and precision to her work.
Her hands-on approach and commitment to exceptional service help ensure every project is executed with care, while creating a collaborative and personalized experience for each client.
