THE MARK | DOWNTOWN SARASOTA

The Mark, luxury condos located in the heart of downtown Sarasota. We were brought on to reimagine the space and give it some new life. We were in charge of giving the space a facelift through the use of natural wood tones and fluted textures. We brought on ITALKRAFT which helped us bring this concept to life. They assisted with the renderings and floor plan layout.

Here, we are having a custom TV / Media unit built in, fluting the main entry wall and also creating a small bar area for before the dining table.
